infra.norma.meta I.

ANTICIPATED OUTCOMES

The residency is designed to support the development of:

– New or substantially developed conducting projects and programs

– Clearly articulated artistic and interpretative propositions

– Expanded analytical, rehearsal, communication, and production methodologies

– Refined relations between score study and performative realization

– Rehearsal plans and production frameworks responsive to specific projects

– New repertoire constellations and contexts for contemporary musical work

– Collaborative relationships among conductors, musicians, ensembles, composers, producers, and technicians

– Public performances at the seventh Bled Contemporary Music Week

– Critical reflection on individual and collective leadership practices

– International artistic relationships and future collaborative possibilities

– New forms of dialogue among interpretation, production, institutions, technologies, and public culture

The precise outcome of each project will depend on its artistic premises, stage of development, collaborators, and production trajectory.

The residency therefore recognizes development not only in the form of a completed performance, but also in the clarification of methods, revision of assumptions, acquisition of practical knowledge, transformation of working relations, and formation of sustained professional connections.

A project may be considered meaningfully advanced when its artistic proposition has become more precise, its conditions of realization better understood, its rehearsal and production methods more responsive, and its public form more coherent—even when further development continues beyond the residency.
